A consultancy project where I was able to rebuild the iconic Blue Bar (Madonna's favourite Bar) and all its operational aspects.- A white canvas and a palet of colours with a predominant Lucyens Blue in my hand - My consultancy started by (self thought) 3D designing the bar main structure - building a team of 20 extraordinary professionals establishing together new Sop's, I've been in charge of engineering a menu that was nomited for best bar menu by Imbibe (opening week), liaising on regular basis with F&B Director to meet new project KPI's, deal with all new suppliers and product purchasing, Micros (POS) engeneering and training, finally project handover.
