Junior Enterprises are student-run organizations providing services to clients. It is about empowering students through entrepreneurial education. In Europe, we are 28’000+ students in 330 Junior Enterprises and 15 countries. 4’350 consulting projects and 15M€ are done per year. I was responsible to organize the biggest event of the network, JADE Spring Conference, that occurs every year in Brussels. It counts with the participation of 450 junior entrepreneurs from 15 different countries across Europe. Besides that, I have to manage a staff team of 15 students from our network.

ISCTE Junior Consulting is a junior consulting enterprise that is managed by ISCTE students. Solves problems of real companies offering innovative and distinctive solutions. Here I was able to improve my team work, time management and problem-solving skills. This year ISCTE Junior Consulting is expected to do around 30.000€ in consultancy services.

Exide Technologies is a multinational company that produces more than 2.000 batteries a day. Here I was inserted in the financial department being able to experience the close of the year, helping in the formulation of the financial statements and to help in the development of a project, able to save around 30.000€ per year. During my internship Exide Technologies was being audited which allowed me to work directly with KPMG auditors, participating in an inventory of the warehouse.
