• Working with Service Delivery and other internal Teams at Unily to build, improve and document new and existing processes to streamline work for teams throughout the business.• Design and Implement Automation solutions for the Unily Product and teams so as to reduce overhead using C#, Powershell.• REST API Development using C#.• CI / CD Pipeline Automation work and main technical point of contact for Pipeline Configuration and Development with Unily Development Teams using Azure Functions & App Services, Octopus Deploy and VSO Pipelines.• Auditing and Monitoring Development using Powershell, C# and SQL for the Unily Product and Micro-Services.

- Act as a subject matter expert on Unily and O365 Services- Work with specialist teams and resources to discover and document knowledge- Own the creation and maintenance of the Unily Support Knowledge Base- Provides guidance to support on correct methods to identify cause of issues- Run appropriate knowledge share sessions on key topics

Assist technical support engineers in the various problems with the SharePoint Online platform for LATAM customers;Review cases from support engineers;Detect the technical gap that support engineers might have with the platform SharePoint Online and help them in order to improve their technical knowledge.

- Lists, libraries, pages and items: Issues related to the use and customization of SharePoint lists, master pages and layout pages.- SharePoint Apps: Questions regarding the installation, configuration and implementation of Apps on SharePoint Online.- Office Online: Problems Using the Office Online Services in SharePoint, eg: Online Word, Excel Online, etc.- Working with documents: Issues related to document management in SharePoint Online.- Public Site: Issues related to the creation and management of a public site SharePoint Online.- Workflows: Issues related to the creation workflow, advise the best practices of use and detect faults in workflows in SharePoint Online sites.- Manage DNS records: Issues related to DNS records setup: Cname to point to SharePoint Online.- Onedrive for Business: Resolving synchronization problems for onedrive For Business application.

- Installation of Microsoft Office 365 tools.- Management tasks: Problems when trying to complete administrative tasks in Exchange Online.- Migration: Problems when trying to migrate data or to Exchange Online.- Mail Flow: Problems detected during or attempt to send or receive e-mails.- Access via Mobile (Exchange ActiveSync): Problems using a mobile device to connect to Exchange Online.- Outlook for Windows: Problems using or configure the Outlook client on a Windows-based PC or tablet.- Configuration Exchange, POP3 and IMAP: Problems related to connection configuration with Exchange base, POP3 or IMAP between Exchange Online and an email client.- Manage DNS records: Problems related to DNS records setup: SPF, Cname, AutoDiscover to point to Exchange Online.- Manage domains: Problems related domains in Office 365.- DirSync: Synchronization between the local AD services to the cloud.
