Coming from the HR Development area where during my first years I developed deep expertise in personnel development, training and recruitment I continued over several steps including HR administration, Business HR, HR systems as well as locations set up and closing locations into an experienced HR person with broad knowledge. My most important project experience stammes from setting up the HR Service Center, leading our global payroll consolidation project, implementation of Workday and Service Now. I own a proven record of conceptualizing and implementing strategies, solutions and processes in the organization based on business needs understanding. Not avoiding major changes and new approaches. I successfully built up and currently lead the UPM HR Shared Service Centers focusing on development of employee experience, efficiency, cost competitiveness and quality. I strongly belief and invests in development of my teams and create strong employee engagement.My current focus is on developing relations with our German Workers Councils in the area of digitalisation.
