The Head of IT Basel User Services for Pharma Informatics is a member of the IT Basel User Services Leadership Team. He/she is responsible to support the executive community in a variety of services including IT 1st Level Support and Desk Side Support and achieve a high level of user satisfaction. Also, he must be engaged in the overall achievements of IT Basel User Services organization that is composed by several customer segments where Pharma Informatics is one of the Customer Segment. Main responsibilities: •His area provides single point of contact for all IT related issues, requests and questions for the respective customer segment. including 1st level IT Support, Desk Side Support and IT Request Management.•Uses proper measurements, tools and processes to achieve expected level of services and customer satisfaction, aligned with respective stakeholders.•Perform stakeholder management and demand management engaging the respective IM area of the customer segment.•Supports the timely implementation and communication of initiatives (local/global/regional) impacting end user community and in special executive community.•Understand future work environment and respective implications in the support areas, define strategies addressing future required capabilities and drive for the change.•Create an environment that facilitates the learning and team spirit in IT Basel User Service area that will be properly positioned for the future; Show less
