Le NStCM vous accompagne sur toute la ligne. Les Transports publics de la région nyonnaise (TPN) sont une entreprise de transports publics, desservant Nyon et ses environs. La société est liée à la compagnie du chemin de fer Nyon - Saint-Cergue - Morez depuis 1996. Les TPN exploitent un réseau composé de dix lignes, dont trois lignes urbaines desservant Nyon et Prangins, cinq lignes régionales et nocturnes et deux lignes transfrontalières desservant Gex et Divonne-les-Bains. Aujourd'hui, ce sont plus de 3 millions de voyageurs qui sont transportés chaque année.

Establishment of an integrated management system EN/AS9100, ISO14001, Health and Safety. Responsible for the first certification (2008) as well as the renewal (2012) for the aviation standard (AS/EN 9100). Management of the laboratory and quality control departments.

Manage the incoming inspection team (work organization and supervision, hiring of new team members, resource planning). Develop and implement process control and audit/inspection criteria and procedures.

Management of the quality team and of the plant’s quality system. Responsible of the quality control laboratory. Responsible for the CAPA follow up.

Quality engineer for the German customer (claims management, support and visit). Responsible for the CAPA monitoring : use of several quality tools (FMEA, Ishikawa, 5M,…) and statistics (R&R, Cpk,…).
