Export Control Business Partner and Compliance Business Partner Involved following activities, High Risk Payments, Compliance Due Diligence analysis; Business Partners analysis, LGPD, Sanctioned Parties Checks, Contractual Clauses analysis and application, US EAR, US OFAC, ECCN codes evaluation, US Commerce Control List, ITAR, Export Control Business Risk Evaluation, translation and revision of Compliance Business Conduct Guideline and others relevant guidelines, Export Control Collective Actions and Benchmarks and Export Control Instructor.

Ensure the proper and efficient implementation of national, international and supranational export control and customs regulations (including "customs security programs").
