Graduated in Sports Management, specialized in Team Manager, post-graduated in Sports Marketing Management, and currently undergoing a Certification as a Physical Exercise Technician. I feel the constant need to keep learning and providing myself with tools to allow consistent growth on a professional and personal level.I´m passioned about fitness, training and wellbeing overall. Previously I've worked on a project of the Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth named “Clube Top”, a Sports Clubs Performance Enhancing Program. I was also Head Coach Trainee at Sport Lisboa e Benfica and more recently I was Sports Leader in Decathlon Amadora responsible for managing a whole department. Nowadays I'm focused only in the fitness area as it has always been my preference all along, specifically regarding training and development of physical capacities and from here on now my intention is to combine all my previous experiences and continue to grow in this area.
