Avenue bank is Australia's newest and first bank specialising in bank guarantees for commercial and industrial leasing. Avenue is a fully digital bank which received their unrestricted banking licence in early 2024. As part of the sales and operations team, I help manage Avenue's partner eco-system as well all outbound and inbound sales enquires. Reporting directly to the head of customer service, I am also part of the team which facilities the orchestration/operations process behind Avenue, allowing us to issue bank guarantees in a 'fast, fair and fuss-free' manner for Australian businesses.

My role as the enterprise operations coordinator oversaw the large majority of processes and operations at PayOK. As part of this role, I continued to manage and control all payment verification processes, ensuring lead times and SLA expectations were met as part of our operations. As part of this role, I was also the account director for all major customer accounts, reporting directly to the managing director, as well as managing several smaller accounts. I was also integral to the team which helped facilitate a handover/transition of all customers and platforms following the acquisition of some of PayOK’s processes and technologies in mid 2024.

In late 2019, a friend and I embarked on a mission to compete with local car wash organisations to provide a new level of car care and servicing. Paddington auto detailing offered a range of cleaning packages to suit a wide range of clients from quick cleans, to personalised details and paint protection options. P.A.D routinely detailed and maintained 50-100 regular clients with UTE’s, supercars and family cars all being the usual vehicles we were fortunate to upkeep. This startup gave me the opportunity to develop strategic sales skills to attract clients and further gain experience in accounting having to monitor payments, budgets and expenses on a routine basis.
