Austin Resource Recovery (ARR) is a department of the City of Austin. We provide essential services that protect people and our planet. We collect recycling, composting, trash, large brush, bulk items and dead animals. We also sweep the streets, recycle and safely dispose of household hazardous waste, and provide community outreach and education. ARR is driving the global transformation of traditional waste management to sustainable resource recovery.

6+ years of experience in project management with an extensive background in remediation programs, including: Environmental Site Assessment Planning and Analysis, Title 30 (Environmental Quality) of the Texas Administration Code (TAC) Chapters 333 (Brownfields Initiatives), 334 (Underground and Aboveground Storage Tanks), and 350 (Texas Risk Reduction Program), the Comprehensive Environmental, Response Conservation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).CERCLA Section 128(a) State Implementation Support Grant management and reporting, outreach program coordination, internship mentoring, organizational direction and development for municipal, state, and federal environmental programs. Developed innovative strategies to achieve program growth and execution, contribution to the Legislative Budget Board (LBB) program goals, and continued flexibility throughout multiple organizational and managerial changes. Within this report I evaluated the percentage of specific deficiency redundancies for water pollution abatement plans, contributing zone plans, and conceptual site model assessment plans.
