Analyst - Account Management
CurrentAs an Analyst in Account Management at Marsh, I support the development and maintenance of long-term strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients, focused primarily on portfolio of clients within Grupo Mota-Engil. My role involves assisting in the evaluation of risks, reviewing loss experiences, cash flow, and financials, and developing tailored solutions. I articulate the impact of various options to clients by leveraging prepared analytics and making informed recommendations across product lines.I assist senior Account Managers in retaining existing business and generating new opportunities by leveraging strategic information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes. As a key contact for clients' day-to-day needs, I address standard client inquiries to enhance their experience. I stay informed about changing market conditions and ensure compliance with all professional and transparency standards. Furthermore, I manage and document all activities in the workflow system to ensure timely follow-up with clients, carriers, and the client team, and to facilitate the delivery of final policies.
