• I am in charge of providing the raw material for our plants, ensuring the best prices and delivery time. I work with national suppliers and I approach vendors abroad in order to follow up and solve issues.• Currently I support the import of materials by sea, by land and by railcar and work with the customs agent to have the material on time; I check the status of our imports every day. I meet with stakeholders to share status of their requirements weekly.• Every six months I evaluate the performance of the suppliers and follow up the corrective actions in case of mistakes. On the other hand, I constantly develop new suppliers to have more available options.• Additionally, I cooperate with the Quality Department in order to update our work processes to be aligned with ISO 9001.

Supplying spare parts and the services they needed.• I followed up the delivery of materials and services on time and found solutions in case of any delay, until the material was recorded in the system.• I also purchased imported spare parts and followed up their import and delivery to our plants.• In the case of finished goods, I purchased tires from India & China. In average I tracked 32 containers per month (1.1 million dollars). I was in charge to managing the process of getting the tires’ import permits.

(Planes de Manufactura, Planes de Calidad y Cambios de Herramental en Prensas y Troqueladoras o SET UP). Capacitar al personal sindicalizado en el uso de los nuevos instructivos de trabajo. Trabajo 100% en piso.
