Provide care primarily for cardiac patients in need of cardiac catheterizations, post ST-elevation myocardial infarction, non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction, post angioplasty, post pacemaker insertion, congestive heart failure, Atrial Fibrillation or other cardiac arrhythmias.Care for vascular patients pre/post-surgery including carotid endarterectomies, femoral popliteal bypass and other diseases requiring close monitoring, such as: sepsis, respiratory patients requiring BIPAP or high-flow oxygen, renal disease with and without hemodialysis, neurological disorders and patients withdrawing from substance use.Accountable for clinical, educational, quality and fiscal patient care outcomes using the model of care designed by the nursing department and in accordance with established agency policies, procedures, protocols, guidelines and standards of practice.Responsible for assessing, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation, and coordination of care for patients and their families across the health care continuum.

Provide assistance with nursing care of patients as needed under the direction and supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Accurately obtain, document, and report abnormal vital sign findings to primary RN or Charge RN. Perform ECGs, administer oxygen via nasal cannula, NRB, and BVM.Assure the safety of the patient population served by demonstrating age-appropriate skills when assisting with nursing care activities as directed by licensed nursing personnel. Respond to patient call lights, maintain, and support patient’s right to care, privacy and respect. Perform duties generally supportive to the activities of daily living for patients, and assist with patient transport and transfer within department and hospital

Reconciliation of account holdings and activities: Check portfolio holdings, trading activity, and cash balances with the custodian bank statements. Research and resolve any outstanding differences. Facilitate monthly, quarterly, annual reporting: Ensure accounting data is correct by performing account reviews at month end. Assist clients with account opening: Work with the clients and their custodian to get the proper market documentation in place for trading, FX’s and proxy voting. Trade support: Assist the trade settlement group to facilitate the trade and FX settlement process. Oversee and maintain custodian relationships: Work with the custodians to ensure an effective working relationship and to secure proper attention and maintenance of client accounts.

Monitor and oversee that all daily, weekly and monthly processing are completed by the business unit shared services teams.Ensure that the daily net asset values of the client’s portfolios are accurately calculated and disseminated in a timely manner. Follow up, research, and resolve all internal and external inquiries in a timely manner to mitigate to any loss to the corporation and deliver excellent service to the client. Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and identify and implement consistent/improved operational best practices.Participate in weekly client calls all with shared service teams providing any updates on all long-term projects/inquiries.

Lead a team to ensure that all daily processing and deliverables are completed efficiently and accurately.Responded to all internal/external inquiries from other State Street groups or client.Researched and reconciled any cash or trade differences between custodian, fund accounting, and client.
