With over 25 years of experience as a Procurador do Estado at Sergipe, I provide legal representation and counsel to the state government in various areas of law, such as civil, administrative, social security, and tax law. I have handled complex and high-profile cases, involving constitutional issues, public contracts, regulatory disputes, and environmental litigation. I have also advised and assisted the state authorities on legal matters, policies, and strategies, ensuring compliance and alignment with the federal and state laws and regulations.In addition to my public service, I am also a passionate and experienced educator, teaching graduate and postgraduate courses in civil procedure and social security law at different universities since 2004. I hold a master's degree in law from Universidade Gama Filho, and I have published multiple articles and books on topics related to my field of expertise.
