Primary responsabilities:- Provides support to the Compliance Team on day to day administration of the organization and the investment funds Compliance with applicable laws and regulations, policies and procedures, Code of Conduct, internal policies and external law and market regulations and self-regulations,- Assists on the preparation of the Monthly Compliance Report presented to the President of the company and usually also requested by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil and other market regulation institutions,- Experience in liaising with Supervisory/Regulatory Authorities and Internal/External Audit,- Provides support on training for new employees on Compliance Area and the updates of the Code of Conduct, - Keeps relevant documentation to support compliance activities and results,- Ensures if all Compliance reports and checklists are completed on a timely basis.Qualification:- Willingness to learn Compliance practices,- Good understanding of financial instruments, - Highly organized and productive team player,- Detailed-oriented and rigorous person, - Accountability,- Work ethics and professional integrity.Specialties: Compliance of investment funds - Risk Management - best market practices of Corporate Governance and financial market.
