Thanks to the leadership of the Rector, an exceptional family of donors, and a dedicated team of internal and external champions, milestones achieved included: establishing 2 named Schools, a Centre for Student Life, a Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy, a $1M fund to educate psychotherapists supporting Indigenous communities, expanding the scholarship and bursary fund by $800,000, and confirming the 3 largest gifts in the University’s history.

Vice President Canadian Partnerships Through the talent and engagement of a dedicated team of colleagues, as well as internal and external champions, was responsible for delivering $8M per year in national and international programming through over 60 Canadian colleges in the fields of: literacy, immigrant integration, applied research (health services), and third party education services.Had the pleasure of leading a team of 50 colleagues in Ottawa, New Delhi, Guangzhou, London, and Manila.Secured funding for feasibility studies and program delivery in the areas of: pre-arrival employment interview programming for immigrants (India, China, Philippines), pre-arrival francophone immigrant integration services (France, Belgium), two national financial literacy pilot projects, pan-Canadian literacy programming, pan-Canadian social finance programming, and international pre-arrival immigrant integration programming (China, India, Philippines).Managed a network of national and international relationships in government, education, and business.Director Canadian PartnershipsResponsible for the management and delivery of national programs relating to literacy education through Canada’s network of colleges, cégeps, institutes of technology, and polytechnics.Managed corporate partner relationships with exceptional partners including Microsoft, CISCO, RBC, SunGuard, and Marsh Insurance.

Through the leadership and engagement of both internal and community champions, secured $96.9M towards a 377,000 square-foot expansion of the College including a new School of Engineering Technology and Trades, a new Institute of Food Processing Technology, a 75,000 square-foot expansion of the School of Health and Life Sciences, a new Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Training Centre, a new Masonry Training Centre, a new Roofing Skills Training Centre, and a new Powerline Technician Training Centre.Was responsible for the institution’s fundraising, government relations, and alumni services portfolios.
