- Vision, development, and direction of the national scientific strategic partnership plan for key accounts, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and KOL groups such as the Canadian Academy of Veterinary Dermatology, the Canadian Academy of Veterinary Nutrition, and the Canadian Veterinary Urolith Center.- Negotiation of sponsorship agreements with KOL groups and contracts for veterinary consultants for our teleconsultation service.- Development of a strategy to establish and maintain a network of professional relationships between our scientific communications team and KOLs.- Positioning as a scientific thought leader through the creation of high-level training programs for our partners and the promotion of products and services through educational events developed in collaboration with key accounts, KOLs, and KOL groups.- Collaboration with internal teams, including the scientific communications, sales, and marketing teams, to implement the strategic plan and achieve our common goals, including the support and growth of our veterinary and retail partners.Other responsibilities:Canadian editorial committee representative of the scientific magazine Veterinary Focus. Sharing knowledge with veterinary professionals in 13 languages, we pride ourselves on the quality of information we deliver, with our overall aim being to improve the lives of pets.

- Creation of our Canadian online continuing education platform, Royal Canin Live, followed by the development and management of our content offering. This project marked the first collaboration between RC Canada and RC USA.- Designing presentations, workshops, tools, and blog articles on various nutrition-related topics with the aim of educating veterinary teams, retailers, breeders, shelters, and internal stakeholders about the importance of nutrition and how it can contribute to the health of pets.- Participation as a speaker and/or moderator in regional, national, and international initiatives.- Management of activities related to veterinary education and internal communication with the veterinary division.
