Home Goods Associate August 2017 to January 2022Helped people to who is in the need for help. Assist customers with their purchases by providing product recommendations and answering questions to better the customer experience. Unloaded truck inventory and also build furniture when needed. Managers usually call me to provide assistance for a customer due to inquiries and complaints, which resolved issues in a timely and professional manner. Treat customers like their my number 1 priority and nothing less. As long as they are happy, so am I. Furniture/rugs was a big part of the seekonk store. This section is where a lot of customer interactions will occur by providing information on materials/manufacture, color matching with interior/exterior homes, sizes, and etc... plus, this specific homegoods was their top 15-20th store earners. Remember ranking in top 5 sales in furniture section and top 10 in rugs. Always seen higher ups checking the store usually every 3-4 months, store was somewhat always changing little by little. Consistently met or exceeded monthly sales targets to contribute to the store's revenue growth, exceeded sales targets and provided exceptional customer service.

Was a loader that loaded items in people's trucks such as grills, wood, concrete, dish washer and etc... Always got these reward stars for customer service because I always treated my customers highly even if they gave attitudes form their shopping experience. Only worked here for the summer while working at homegoods.

I was a cashier. Best accomplishment here was make a customer coffee so good that they always contributed extra in tips and only asked me to make their coffee any time I worked when they came in.
