Identify scheduling and construction sequencing problems, offer proposed solutions. Work closely with multidisciplinary project construction staff.Evaluate the impact of design or construction changes and deviations and mitigations that may be considered in scheduling.Evaluate schedule requests (RFIs) and determines their impact on the work schedule.Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify tasks that may generate problems.Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of schedule changes and recommend possible solutions.Develop and update weekly a short-term forecast schedule working with personnel involved in the project.Determine alternate or make-up tasks in cases of schedule deviation.Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the various projects.Ensure that the cost management system is properly set up and analyze budgets, commitments and actual costs for both projects and Surface Operations.Review cost reports, which may also include review of cost estimates and journal entries in order to resolve variances.

Work closely with other members of the project control team to resolve identified issues.Evaluate impacts of design or construction changes and associated schedule deviations and mitigations.Evaluate project schedule progress and identify potential problem areas and trends.Analyze topographic reports, maps, drawings, plans, aerial photography, and other topographic or geologic data to assist in project planning.Analyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of schedule changes.Assist in the compilation of all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for the project.

Maintenance of Heat Exchangers.Internal cleaning of pipes (finned or smooth) by mechanical or chemical means.Boiler maintenance, washing, cleaning and re-piping.Cooling tower maintenance, general cleaning, filler replacement.Piping lines assembly (steam, fuel, air and water).

Select the appropriate processes required to achieve project objectives; Meet requirements and satisfy customer needs and expectations; execute and control scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk.

Tracking of the different materials required for the project.Track changes in design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections.Measure and evaluate the work performed on site, as well as the service of contractors and/or subcontractors.Prepare progress reports.
