I am a seasoned lawyer with a strong academic background, holding an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and a Master's in Evidentiary Reasoning from the University of Girona. With over a decade of experience, I specialize in regulatory litigation, public law, and antitrust matters, providing strategic legal counsel to both public and private entities. My expertise spans the design of public bidding processes, representing clients in complex disputes involving public works, and contributing to the development of public policies.Currently, I am a Partner at FHM Abogados, where I lead a team focused on regulatory litigation. Prior to this, I have held positions at prestigious firms including López Escobar & Del Río and Clifford Chance in Washington, D.C., and served as a legal advisor at the Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia and the Fiscalía Nacional Económica in Chile.In addition to my practice, I am deeply committed to academia, serving as a lecturer at several universities across Chile, including the Universidad de Chile and Universidad de Santiago. My research interests include evidentiary standards in competition law and regulatory compliance in digital markets, which have resulted in numerous publications and contributions to scholarly discourse.
