Merger/Acquisition of NOLIS and TELEROUTE subsidiaries, becoming Wolters Kluwer Transports Services FranceRealized the merger, in collaboration with group’s H.R. and Finance directors, in under 3 months in order to avoid gap in the European strategic plan addressing building added value of client portfolios within and integrated portfolio. Piloted transfer of accounting data from SAGE 100 to SAP. Validated necessary settings for integration of client data in the Sales and invoicing CRM software between France and Headquarters in Brussels.Results: Merger was successfully finalized before integration of Brussel’s Financial Department. Accounting and settings integrated in SAP. French branch aligned on the European operational line (Finance, Client relations, Sales)

Automatization of transfer of invoicing data from the CRM File Maker to Sage100 via GatewayUpdated management tools by automated invoicing data transfer and ameliorated invested capital / payroll ratio. Installed a Gateway between the internal CRM ant the accounting software in order to stop manual data input of over 5000 invoices and 76000 input lines per year.
