- Set up and qualification of Early Phase Units accross different investigational sites in Spain. - Protocol Manager and Project Manager of Phase Ib and IIa trials.

- Global management and coordination of national and international projects (Phase I, II and III).- Protocol Manager and preparation of essential documents (ICF, CRF, Monitoring Plan, IMP Management Manual, etc.).- Preparation and submission of study publications (abstract, poster presentation, oral communication, manuscript).- Supervision of junior and senior CRAs, co-monitoring visits.- Early identification of areas of potential problems and handling identified risks including the implementation of risk mitigation plans.

- Global management and coordination of national and international projects (Phase II and III). - Invoices and site payment management.- Study Budget. - Control of national and international shipment and handling of biological samples. - Study-specific training of study team. Organization of Investigators meeting. Project’s launch meeting. - Coordination of submission to Regulatory Authorities and Ethics Committees. - Management of study team FTEs.

- Responsible for the Initiation, Monitoring and Close-out Visits.- Taking part in meetings with pharma companies and Investigators.- Designing protocols, CRFs and different documents in collaboration with the Project Manager.- Local/International studies, Phase II and III.
