Responsibilities:+ Follow up the main KPIS from Kanban, “bad on hand, material handling error, In line shortages, off line shortages.+ Audit and align the supply chain standards to improve the delivery to the main process and supermarkets at Santiago Truck Manufacturing PlantAchievements+ Couch and lead 2 kaizen projects, according to logistics road map. + Set up new standards and training for the operators in order to support the increase production and new models manufacturing.+ Control audits to improve warehouse inventory reliability.+ Set up basis to automate material orders and inventory control.
