• Manage all aspects and requirements of the end-to-end production processes,• Provide top quality customer service and establish strong relationships with clients. • Hold meetings with clients and partners, negotiate rates, timelines and additional costs when applicable. • Collaborate with other production companies to develop large productions.

• Serve as a communication bridge between clients and the press in order to coordinate collaborations.• Collaborate and create gastronomy pieces for the Costa Rican Chamber of Restaurants.

• Participate in the production of their main entertainment shows.• Assist journalists with the content of interviews, stories and news reports. • Assist the cameramen crew with the production of news reports, interviews and general content.• Organize Telenoticias' video store and be the POC for journalists or producers who needed to access news reports, stories and/or interviews.

• Monitor national media in order verify the information they provide is truthful; otherwise, feel out a report in order to contact them and have them correct the information.• Keep track of trials in order to update the database and provide information to the media.• Prepare articles for the internal magazine "Observatorio Judicial" as well as create newsletters for all the employees.

• Be part of the communications department of the International Programme on the Elimination of Child Labour (IPEC) monitoring the Central america and Caribbean media.• Provide suggestions on the strategy of public-interest publications. • Work on internal communication.

• Produce sport stories for the Deportes Radio América team.• Stay on top of the latest news, scores and stats of the main soccer teams and different sports groups in order to create content for the show.
