The Eisenhower Fellowships is a program that aims to enhance international understanding and promote peaceful dialogue.In 2018, I was named an Eisenhower Fellow, studying how interprofessional and interdisciplinary models improve health and well-being in Rwanda and Australia, and how these models could translate into solutions for health care organizations grappling with workforce shortages in underserved and underrepresented areas in the St. Louis region.
