With over 14 years of experience in the collision repair industry, I am a passionate and skilled Collision Supervisor at Tesla, where I lead a team of estimators and technicians to deliver high-quality and timely services to our customers. I hold the I-CAR Platinum Estimator credential, which demonstrates my proficiency in estimating the cost and time of repairing damaged vehicles. I also have a background in medical radiologic technology, which gives me an edge in using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess the extent and nature of the damage. In addition, I have strong research and training skills, which enable me to keep up with the latest trends and innovations in the field, and to share my knowledge and best practices with my colleagues and peers. My mission is to ensure that every vehicle that leaves our shop meets the highest standards of safety, performance, and aesthetics, and that every customer is satisfied and loyal to our brand.
