With 20 years of experience in the medical device industry, I have thrived with four successful growth to acquisition revenue generating roles within four different specialties, Spine, ENT, Urology, and Radiation Oncology. I am now engaged in my 5th run to grow the market share of BioProtect as a spacing consultant. BioProtect which is a novel dissolvable balloon that creates space between organs during pelvic radiation therapy, reducing toxicity and improving outcomes for patients with Prostate Cancer. As a consultant, I leverage my skills in new business development, entrepreneurship, and customer relationship management to identify and engage potential customers, educate clinicians and train clinical care teams to support the adoption and utilization of BioProtect in various markets. I enjoy working with a diverse and dynamic team of professionals who share a common vision of enacting change to the paradigm of patient care by introducing proven study-based medical technology, saving the end user money by demonstrating efficiencies, prioritizing the helping of patients to enjoy better outcomes, and providing accountability in an industry that customer service has fallen short of expectation.
