With approval from the NatWest board to develop cloud-native solutions which I enabled by bringing in external leadership talent and growing a team of >500 to run digital businesses o Developing a digital apprenticeship scheme bringing together Leadership Through Sports and Business charity with large businesses to provide tech jobs and training for young people leading to the creation of 240 apprentices in 2021
