Technology now valued at $200M has since been rolled out to two other large banks o Xero – I embedded a working capital solution (Rapid Cash) into a customer journey of a global market leader accountancy software system by working with fintech, an integration that led to the acquisition of Waddle (by Xero)• Creating a systematic and consistent approach to innovation from seed to scale by ensuring clear and robust funding allocation with a portfolio view based on the VC-style model. Key achievements included:o Being at the forefront of cloud-based initiatives in banking. With approval from the NatWest board to develop cloud-native solutions which I enabled by bringing in external leadership talent and growing a team of >500 to run digital businesses o Developing a digital apprenticeship scheme bringing together Leadership Through Sports and Business charity with large businesses to provide tech jobs and training for young people leading to the creation of 240 apprentices in 2021
