As Operations Manager I held responsibility for ensuring the safe and effective running of one of Ørsted’s flagship Windfarms. This meant guaranteeing that documentation was attributable, legible, contemporaneous, and accurate in order to support all critical lab processes to the high expectations set by GSK.
Qc Laboratory Improvement Lead
I was asked to lead the QC Laboratory team through improvements around various issues that were holding up testing and batch release. This involved a significant amount of coaching whilst also taking a hands-on approach to drive and sustain Lean principles within the department.
