Within my previous roles in varied environments, I have gained valuable experience in specific behaviours and being able to deliver what is required. Dealing with behaviours at all levels and delivering effective techniques to team members through coaching, enables the team and myself to effectively action all scenarios with confidence. This enables the best outcome for the individuals as well as the integrity of the company. As a graduate of Psychology, my current knowledge and experience within the retail sales/customer service sector and fitness industry, is beneficial and enables myself to continue my development to further my career.
