As Diamond Offshore's Recruitment Specialist I was solely responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and manning of Diamond Offshore’s Flag Ship Semi-Submersible the Ocean Great White. End-to-end recruitment consists of reviewing a person's resume, including the checking of qualifications and experience to ensure that a person can legally work on a vessel. I also interview potential crew, check refererences, liase with clients, analys and organise training requirements and booking flights, accommodation and transfers.
