- Teamed up with hospitality workers and organizers from across the country to deliver two Democratic Senate victories in the special election, and to build union power in metro Atlanta.- Utilized progressive campaign tools, such as VAN and Reach, to coordinate and analyze canvassing data. - Led role playing exercises and helped canvassers to develop an individualized, culturally-sensitive rap which aligned with campaign goals while building trust with community residents.

- Launched an emergency food access program during the COVID-19 crisis in collaboration with a city-wide network of food justice organizations. Expanded program reach from 45 initial households to over 1,100 households at program peak.- Coordinated the program’s transition into a permanent agency, opened a warehouse facility, oversaw staff on-boarding and volunteer recruitment. Redesigned client intake workflow to reduce barriers to enrollment for undocumented clients. Implemented health and safety protocols for volunteers.- Conducted community-based research on food access and the impact of COVID-19, presented findings to city officials and regional non-profit partners.

- Integrated chaplaincy services within resident care, leading to a 150% increase in the utilization of psycho-spiritual services.
