Unfortunately the company went into administration on 6th Feb.As the Head of Marketing at Readie Construction, I held accountabilities for leading the marketing direction, tone of voice, raising the profile of the business, and internal and external communications.• Successfully implemented a full company re-brand after achieving Board buy-in and approval. Oversaw brand consistency throughout the organisation for internal and external comms.• Led the redesign and launch of the new Readie website, improving our ability to showcase project case studies, better search engine optimisation, a clearer navigation structure and a showcase for our company news and brand.• Deliver regular, engaging, internal communication on a variety of topics. Freelance Web DeveloperMjmk Restaurants Aug 2021 - Jul 2022I was recommended to MJMK by an ex-colleague and was originally brought in to help them integrate booking widgets into their restaurant sites. The work grew from there and I subsequently helped them with many aspects of their digital presence, including redesigning and extending existing sites, the creation of new restaurant websites and several Shopify stores.• Helping to open up new revenue streams - To help some of their businesses get back on their feet after the last lockdown MJMK wanted to explore selling their exclusive alcohol brands online. I quickly helped them set up and open several Shopify stores which sold over £2.5k in the first 24hrs from just a handful of products.• Take back control - MJMK restaurant sites were hosted by several different providers (with various levels of access and support). I facilitated the setup of their own hosting platform and have gradually moved across all of their sites so they have full control.• Build & Integration - I have worked with their design partners to re-launch several of their websites andoverseen the integration of 3rd party booking services from the likes of SevenRooms and OpenTable. -
