As an IT engineer with 30 years of experience in hardware and software systems analysis, design, manufacture and maintenance I have extensive knowledge of IT systems architecture, Microsoft products and many other IT hardware and software solutions and how they can be applied in a business environment.Working in a 1st and 2nd line support role I am able to use my strong interpersonal skills combined with technical knowledge, being called on to provide deskside assistance and IT systems training for colleagues ranging all the way up to CEOs and Board Members.I have worked on many key projects, including service upgrades and migrations, ensuring the highest standards to demonstrate my commitment and ability. Each day brings a wide range of tasks which I take ownership of, working well under pressure in an approachable and professional manner with an emphasis on developing strong customer service relations.
