Having established a strong track record and reputation for delivering results, initially in Customer Service engineering and then as a People leader in a Service delivery role, Andy is focussed on taking on leadership roles of even greater significance to continue to fulfil his career ambition. Andy has worked hard to achieve career progression from a Modern apprentice to an established people leader in 10 years, by demonstrating a breadth of business acumen and influencing skills, and the ability to inspire and challenge continuously higher levels of performance from his direct teams. Currently being mentored by various SLT members to help realise his ambition to become a senior leader Andy is well recognised as an established influencer and opinion former having recently be appointed to the BT Group colleague board. All through his career, Andy has demonstrated a combination of a passionate hard-work ethic combined with a high level of self-reflection and personal integrity to guide him through the most difficult challenges. He is confident that these values combined with his passion for people, telecoms and technology will allow his to continue to fulfil his career aspirations in whichever opportunity he next pursues.
