Mr. Bajorat serves as a principal and chief operation officer for BBJ Group. Mr. Bajorat has provided environmental consulting services to a diverse client base since 1997, including those in the Federal and local government, telecommunications, heavy and light manufacturing, legal services, real estate, and transportation sectors. As a consultant, Mr. Bajorat advises clients in areas of environmental investigation, transactional due diligence, risk assessment, and pollution management. He serves as BB&J’s lead risk assessor and data QA/QC manager on site remediation projects. Mr. Bajorat also provides technical review, opinion, and strategy to support client positions during formal dispute resolutions, including toxic tort and cost-share related litigation, mediation, and arbitration.Mr. Bajorat provides value during property transactions by supplementing traditional Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessment investigations with compliance assessments, liability valuations, and closure strategies during transaction negotiations.
