I've been with Metaswitch for the whole of my working life. My first decade, was a designer / developer in both the SNA and MPLS protocols. The latter period, I opted for a move in L3 support and pre-sales allowing customer interaction in addition to the technical side. For several years I worked protracted stints in Redmond, Washington on site with the customer. During those last ten years after returning from the US, as well as being a support engineer, I've also been a support manager, but have now opted to be a family manager working from home solely on the L3 support side.Aspirations? Happy kids, and Euro Lottery win! ;-)
