My purpose as a psychotherapist is to provide the necessary tools and resources for individuals, couples or groups in order to feel more fulfilled in their lives. My hope is that my clients may find balance in their lives through a wholeness approach by addressing areas of emotional and mental difficulties that they can reach their full potential as they define it. I have also been doing some clinical supervision to help those entering the field become the best versions of themselves.
