These are and always will be in my opinion the absolute epitome of hotel luxury. Some of the hardest years I spent in the kitchen and also the most meaningful. I've worked in private residencies and fine dining restaurants across both cities and in my last role as Executive Chef at Stix Catering managed a kitchen team of 60+ chefs across multiple outlets and venues.Whilst at Stix I managed client relations with Qantas and Etihad Airline catering services ensuring the day to day operation of producing 15000 plates a day was seamless and of the highest quality.After ending my position as Executive Chef i am now working in Hospitality Recruitment, Specialising in Senior Management roles across all aspects of the industry both front and back of house. Through a vast network of contacts and meticulous screening processes I put the ideal candidates in front of clients ensuring a dynamic alliance between both parties.
