He has been Involved with various type of projects from previous works that require to be multi tasking at the core of its design aspects from architectural planning, exterior and interior design, furniture design, building construction and site supervision, conducted researches for the preparation of design to conceptualization as to coordination with other division for the development of project drawings. He is Highly Skilled in Manual and Computer Aided Design (CAD), Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Knowledgeable in 3D Modeling and Rendering softwares. He has also involved in teaching architecture, building technology and architecture related softwares in a part of his career. Lately, Andy was exposed to different areas of design, theming, spatial analysis, project management and construction services such as preliminary sketches, costs estimations, specifications, engineering studies, site investigations, handling team and supervisions. He has also performed professional architectural functions for the development of drawings and gave technical assistance to construction force.
