A hard-working, self-motivated, and highly competitive individual with a passion for sports and leadership. I have a proven track record of academic excellence and a strong dedication to teamwork and individual achievement. I believe in leading by my actions, with a first on, last off team player mentality. As a freshman at Grand Valley State University majoring in Sports Management with a minor in Business, I am eager to apply my skills and knowledge to a successful career in the sports industry.An academic performer, having received academic letters and obtaining the honor roll in the last three years of high school. Named to all-state, all-region teams in multiple sports, named captain in all three high school sports played (team captain of three-time state championship/state runner-up hockey team). A selected member of an AP leadership program. Additionally, through my previous teams, volunteered for many different organizations such as Veteran Affairs, community youth sports, United Way, and Learn to Skate programs. I am an avid golfer, host my own sports-oriented podcast, and enjoy online games oriented around sports team management.Having obtained numerous college credits in high school, I aim to graduate with a B.A. degree in three years. I plan to obtain a graduate assistant role while obtaining my Masters in Business Administration before seeking a role in a collegiate or professional sports organization.
