Leading the successful delivery of all property development for Tesco in the north of the UK. This includes new stores, refurbishments, large scale capital maintenance works.I manage a team of project managers, retail planners, retail support and cost/capital managers, taking end-to-end accountability for the design and implementation of property works.Current accountabilities include store refurbishment, large scale capital maintenance asset replacements, and the refurbishment of Tesco's call centre.In addition to this I am responsible for the effective management of the overall capital plan for the Development teams across all regions.

Leading the delivery of a circa 100 store refurbishment and dilapidation programme for the south managing a team of external project managers. Also responsible for all large scale construction projects across Tesco's head office including a new £30m flagship head office building, conversion of a vacant 3 storey building into offices, reconfiguring of the campus layout and the construction of a new multi-storey car park. Qualified in Prince2 (practitioner), Lean Six Sigma (yellow belt) and Nebosh.

Project manage the delivery/construction of new retail stores and refurbishments in London and the East Midlands. Also project managed the construction of a new multi-storey car park at Tesco's head office.Delivered numerous change projects including risk/programme management, quality control and rewriting the convenience refurbishment process. Also currently project managing the construction of a multi-storey carpark extension to Tesco head office.Coordinated the delivery of Tesco Express Store Refurbishments / refreshes for the UK in 2012/2013 and considered a go-to expert for refresh.Led the delivery of dot com extensions to existing stores across the UK in 2011/2012IT go-to, regularly offering advice to internal and external teams.

Joined Tesco Stores Ltd via the Property Services garduate programme. Highlights include:- 2 week intensive induction- 1 month in stores understanding retail- 3 months in the Space team developing new tools to improve how the use of space is recommended for new stores and refits- 9 months managing a change project to improve the consistency of quality that is delivered when building and refitting stores. Project used a Lean Six Sigma approach to change. Key outputs include a way of defining and measuring quality.- Supported the planning of a new Superstore in Ellsmere for 3 months
