I also often handle support issues that are escalated to development. Development has been done primarily in Visual Studio using C#, VB.Net and in the earlier years C++. I have also done a lot of Office programming in VBA. In more recent years, I have been involved extensively with SQL server, writing SQL procedures, client level access and even some CLR stored procedures written in C#. My responsibilities have been wide ranging; everything from gathering requirements and designing solutions to developing, delivering and supporting them.
