I was first contracted to research and report on the assisted travel process at Southeastern's London terminals. I now advise on changes to process and culture to improve the overall experience for customers with impairments. I also liaise with a working group to implement these changes and visit staff at stations across the network to share best practice.

Working with OCS throughout their UK airport network to improve the assisted travel process for customers with impairments. I use my experiences of PRM services worldwide to advise staff on how to provide the best possible experience for disabled travellers. I also act as a secret shopper to track and report on these improvements and perform ambassadorial duties for OCS.

Andy's ongoing project with long-term client, Chaucer Syndicates is called the "3Cs Challenge" and is all about teamwork.In 2014, Andy launched his 3Cs Challenge – a series of sessions based around Confidence, Communication and Compromise – that teach young people the importance of teamwork and develop the key skills they need to become great team players. Andy has used his experience and expertise to create this four stage workshop, which is delivered through the Chaucer Foundation. Employees can volunteer on these workshops as part of the organisation's CSR offer and Andy now runs his 3Cs events across London.

Andy was an ambassador to Chaucer Syndicates during the build up to the 2012 Paralympic Games. In that time, he helped engage hundreds of staff members through his appearances, speeches and blogs for the organisation. He forged a lasting relationship during his time with Chaucer and was later invited to work with their Foundation to deliver a major volunteering project.

Andy became a member of London Wheelchair Rugby Club (LWRC) in 1998, he was selected to train with the GB squad in 1999 and narrowly missed out on a place at the Sydney Paralympics in 2000. Vowing never to miss a major tournament again, Andy dedicated himself to Rugby and the life of a full-time athlete. In 2002, he made his International debut at the World Championships in Gothenburg and hasn’t looked back since.His career has encompassed an unbroken run of eleven Majors (an unprecedented feat within the sport). He has competed in five European Championships, winning three back-to-back gold’s and a silver, three World Championships and three Paralympic Games. He also captained Great Britain from 2005-2010, a term which saw the proudest moment of his career, leading the team out at the Beijing Paralympics.Andy has also had a distinguished club career, winning numerous National titles with London as well as an unprecedented five Europa Cups (European Club Championships). He has also spent time in America, representing San Diego in the U.S. league.Andy has played Wheelchair Rugby all over the world, but most recently competed far closer to home where he represented Paralympics GB in Wheelchair Rugby at the London 2012 Games. Now retired from International competition, Andy is building on his speaking career. Andy talks on a variety of themes including his experience of the most exciting summer in the history of British sport.
