Covering 30-year forward works strategic planning and forecasting through to construction & post-completion sign-off of civil engineering works.- Responsible for preparing budget forecasts, Asset Management programmes and Local Government strategic planning - including Activity Management Plans, Business Cases and Infrastructure Strategies. Experienced in stakeholder engagement and liaising across Government agencies.- Comfortable managing Continued Professional Development and mentoring programmes, including meeting the training and professional requirements to secure CMEngNZ through career experience / Competency Assessments.- Expert 3D engineering design draftsman & modeller with a broad experience of highways, infrastructure, drainage & earthworks design.- Highly computer literate. Confident using a vast range of software and applications, including many specialised engineering packages. Experienced technical manager of RAMM, Assetic and dTIMS Asset Management Information Systems and infrastructure modelling.- Experienced Road Safety Auditor and audit team leader, with relevant UK and NZ training undertaken.
