• Managed payroll, invoicing and benefits implementation of two new multi-state business acquisitions to ensure all integrated onto NES systems
• Implementation of two automated benefit platforms and managed the process for the first automated open enrollment (Benetrac,Via Benefits)
• Managed the regions automation transition through implementation of new process and the integration of front office systems through to back office. This includes life cycle from on boarding through payroll, invoicing.
• Implementation of four new payroll platforms ADP, Paychex Preview and Flex (USA) Pay works (Canada)
