The System Integration & Management (SIM) Program was part of NAB and BNZ Technology’s strategy to replace multiple legacy service management toolsets with a new enterprise solution using BMC Software (ADDM, BPPM, Atrium CMDB and Remedy ITSM) and enterprise service management processes (for event, incident, problem, change & configuration management) for over 3000 technology end users globally.Key responsibilities: Develop and implement the change & training strategy across NAB and BNZ technology for the SIM Program. This includes senior stakeholder engagement, lead business impact assessments & training needs analysis, partnership with eLearning vendors to develop & deploy web-based training modules, manage the development of all training collateral for face-to-face and virtual classrooms, manage training coordination & delivery to end users, train the trainers, and establish a Tech Coach network to help embed the behavioural change required for this enterprise wide IT transformation program.

Utilising my RTO specialist skills, I was contracted by Talent2 to review the business processes of their national RTO operations to ensure it complied with the AQTF and State Training Authority regulatory requirements. I was also contracted to lead the preparation for re-registration of an enterprise RTO.

This VicRoads implementation involved the upgrade of the employee and manager self service system using Mincom Ellipse. In addition, we implemented a Location Referencing Toolkit and a project development system to help manage the bidding and tracking of project works.
