Managed multiply supply contracts across all disciplines of FM and the utilities sector on multi site portfolio’s, including overall responsibilities for all H&S and regulatory compliance. Proven success in tender negotiations and the deployment of cost/energy saving initiatives using my knowledge and experience across all M&E equipment, BEMS and the energy markets.
