Took Trendium to exceptionally successful exit, being acquired by JDSU in Dec 2013. A new highly innovative evolution in Customer Experience Assurance solutions, providing real quality improvements to Telecom networks and services at a fraction of the price of previous generation solutions.

Turned around previous 3 years of negative growth prior to my arrival, back into into positive growth in revenues and margins, for my 3 years with Tek, despite very tough Telecoms market, >$100M Team of ~50 sales professionals. Increased responsibility to lead and integrate Arantech Touchpoint CEM sales also.

Telecom and Enterprise T&M, Turned around previous few years of shrinkage with > 50% growth in both main product lines in 2009 despite recession. Also improved cost per order dollar by more than half. Implemented BU focussed model in EMEA .
