Work with clients on projects and overall look of their yard, all while using organic and sustainable practices. While in this role I was able to improve routing practices, increase client approval and referrals.

Oversaw floor operations, from event set up and take down, to over all look of the nursery and visual appeal. Loved working with a great team of 30+ staff, helping cultivate a great working atmosphere. I also designed floor plans for the store, working with visual and owners to come up with the perfect layout to ease shopping and heighten visual appeal, and then would coordinate projects to implement designs, or other needs of the store. Event planning and execution was always fun, and a great opportunity to show the best we had to offer. I helped by designing our seasonal house Christmas display, coming up with a theme and lighting plan for a house of about 12,000 square feet was a challenge but always fun to create the idea and see it come together for Als Evening of Lights in early November.
